Our Montana Staff

Mark and Joyce Runkle are the owners of Elkhorn View Lodge. Their daughter Lana and her husband Zac manage the bed & breakfast. The entire family is from Ohio. Living in Montana has always been a dream for Joyce, who has been visiting the state for years to see her high school friend.
Mark is a former entrepreneur of a computer business, which he sold several years ago in order to "retire." He is now into farm management in Ohio. Lana and Zac were married in August of 2000, and spent their first year as a married couple in Hawaii, where they attended school at Hawaii Pacific University. They moved to Montana in August of 2001 to help with the bed & breakfast. They're also currently attending school at Carroll College in Helena. Mark and Joyce also have a son, Nathan, who lives in Ohio.

Alexis Nicole Runkle-Titus born Dec. 15th at 11:08am, she weighed in at 7lbs. 10 oz and 21 inches long.
She is a happy baby and is already weighing in at 10lbs 4oz!!
